An annual event organised to strengthen the dialogue between the scientific community, MPs and Peers

Parliamentary Links Day is the largest science event on the annual Parliamentary events calendar. It is organised by the Royal Society of Biology on behalf of the science and engineering community to strengthen dialogue with Parliament, and to provide MPs with a more rounded understanding of the scientific issues we face.

This year's theme is Science and the New Frontiers.

If you have received an invitation to the House of Commons (from 09:00-12:30) and/or the Speakers House (from 12:45-14:30) please confirm your attendance using the 'Log in or register to make a booking' link. If you are not an RSB member you need to register your name and email address on the website.

Please note: if the link is not visible, the event is fully booked.

Parliamentary Links Day is supported a wide range of scientific societies and organisations represented on the invitations cards, and the image below. A detailed programme and a briefing pack containing further information about the event and the speakers will be available on the day.

Photography and Filming

During Links Day we will have photography and filming taking place, with a selection being distributed through the RSB and event supporters communication channels. If you are happy to be in photographs or film please tick this box when you register.

This event is invitation only. If you have any queries contact Ellie Oakley, events officer, or Stephen Benn, director of parliamentary affairs, at or on 020 3925 3444.
