Disability Awareness in the Workplace
This is a highly interactive workshop lasting 3 hours.
Who is the course for?
It is aimed at staff, managers and HR professionals.

During the workshop, we will be showing some video clips and there will be facilitated discussions and activities around the issues identified.
We will be including a disability handout for all delegates, with hints and tips on managing disability in the workplace.
Sally Baker has worked in the field of diversity in both the private and public sector. She has held senior roles in corporate organisations, has been consulting on diversity for over 18 years and is regarded as senior in her field. She has been recognized for her work in diversity and was made a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD in 2005.
Certification and Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
This event has been approved by the Royal Society of Biology for purposes of CPD and can be counted as 9 CPD points.
A certificate of attendance will be provided to those who complete this course.
