An Association of Applied Biologists conference looking at the impact of management practices on soil function and quality.

Papers are invited with a perspective on management to improve soil functioning. Management strategies will include, for example:
• Use of organic materials
• Precision farming
• Cover cropping
• Crop diversification
• Cultivation
• Decision support tools

Research can consider the impact on: soil biological, chemical and physical quality, crop productivity, economic and practical implications and also approaches for measuring and monitoring soil improvement.
