The British Science Festival is Europe's longest standing science Festival, travelling to a different place in the United Kingdom each year
The Festival aims to connect people with scientists, engineers, technologists and social scientists. Each year, the British Science Festival feature an inspiring programme of free events to the public over four or five days, bursting with exciting opportunities to get involved in. Our talks, workshops and drop-in events span a diverse range of subjects that encompass science in the broadest sense, promising something for everyone.
RSB will be supporting two Biological Sciences Section events at this year's Festival. The Section's President, Miranda Lowe from the Natural History Museum will give a talk on museum collections and digital engagement on 15th September 2022. Dr Lizzie Burns from University College London Hospital will also be running an afternoon of workshops on boredom and creativity on 17th September 2022.
