The NNEdPro Global Centre for Nutrition and Health in Cambridge is conducting the certified Summer School in Applied Human Nutrition in May 2021.

The 2021 edition of the Summer School is co-organised with the School of Advanced Studies on Food and Nutrition of the University of Parma, Italy, and will be delivered by a contingent of internationally recognised lecturers for the occasion.

In the UK, the NNEdPro Global Centre for Nutrition and Health also works closely with the University of Cambridge, Ulster University and Imperial College London.

In 2021, the event will be in an online blended format. Registration for self-directed learning can take place anytime between 11th December 2020 and 23rd April 2021. Access to the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) will be available from 11th January 2021. Prior to the live virtual sessions in May, candidates will be able to learn from 4 modules of pre-recorded lectures with the opportunity to interact and address queries digitally, using the VLE.

Whilst the latest date for registration is 23rd April, providing one week for self-directed learning before live sessions, we recommend registering as early as possible to allow adequate time for learning, reflection and preparation for assessments.

The live sessions with interactive Q&A will take place over the four first Saturdays of May to allow more flexible distance learning. Mentors will be available throughout May at different time zones to answer your questions. In addition, you will get free access to the 7th NNEdPro International Summit in July 2021 as well as 1-year membership as an associate member of the International Academy of Nutrition Educators (IANE), with core benefits such as 1:1 mentoring sessions, topical webinars, online journal clubs appraising current research, networking opportunities and much more.

Certification and Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

This event has been approved by the Royal Society of Biology for purposes of CPD and can be counted as 144 CPD points.
