A webinar from the Society for Experimental Biology


This webinar will encourage you to learn about different methods of engagement, knowing your target audiences, and how to tailor your engagement activities to them. It will also explore the role that public engagement plays in our society.

Event trainer

Dr Sophie Morris has over 6 years of experience in public engagement and is an accredited educator in the higher education sector. After completing a PhD in Cancer Immunotherapies Sophie went on to develop her skills in science communication, public engagement and research impact in various roles. Current work includes designing and delivering public engagement training for different organisations across the UK and beyond.

Cost and booking

Free for Society for Experimental Biology members
£4 for non-members
There will be a maximum of 50 attendees with 35 spaces reserved for SEB members, and 15 spaces available for non-members. Advance booking is essential through the SEB event page.
