Workshop providing teachers with an insight of anatomical form and function

Event outline

The workshop will provide those who deliver science education an overview of anatomy and its place in history, education and medicine. Attendees will be made aware of the legislative and regulatory governance of anatomy in England & Wales. In addition to this it will also provide participants with an insight of anatomical form and function as well as provide suggestions and tips which they can take away and utilise in developing their own teaching.

The practical section of this workshop/taster day will give those participants an appreciation of human anatomy and also allow them to see specific systems which are key components of today's science curriculum.
