A virtual talk delivered by Jeff Knott from the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds

Talk outline

In many ways, the history of red kites in the UK mirrors the history of all wildlife. From widespread, through massive declines, to a recent recovery thanks to huge conservation efforts, their decline and our efforts to save them can tell us a lot about our changing relationship with the natural world. In this talk we'll learn about the past, present and future of red kites in the UK and consider what this tells us about our influences on nature.
