The Royal Society of Biology's Support, Experience, Acknowledge, Train (SEAT) Trainee Trustee Scheme continues to play a vital role in widening participation in charity governance by supporting early career individuals to gain meaningful experience on the RSB Council. Following the successful 2023 pilot, which saw two trainee trustees contribute positively to Council discussions, and report valuable personal and professional development, the Scheme is back again looking for two early career applicants. Visit myRSB for more details. Applications close on 29 March 2026.
