Our event management service
We offer a fully bespoke event management service, tailored to your specific needs. From concept to delivery, we ensure your event runs smoothly and professionally. We can support you by:
- creating the relevant planning documents.
- sourcing and negotiating venues.
- providing an online platform (currently Zoom Pro or Webinar)
- managing any suppliers and sponsors.
- supporting abstract submissions.
- overseeing guest management.
- on the day delivery.
- ensuring Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion at every step of event delivery.
We begin with a meeting to understand your objectives and requirements, then develop a tailored event proposal. Once a Letter of Agreement is in place, you'll have a dedicated event manager to support you through planning, delivery, and evaluation.
