Join the branch for their Annual General Meeting followed by a garden tour and floral herbal lunch
The branch AGM is an opportunity for members to come together, chat with the committee and get updates on the year's finances and activities as well as plan for the new year. The meeting is followed by lunch and a tour of Kathy Brown's garden.
This is a modern 4.5acre country garden designed and cared for by owners Simon and Kathy Brown. Wisterias, Robinia, honeysuckles, Montana clematis and roses abound on the many arches, pergolas and high house walls. Alliums are plentiful first with Purple Sensation and Giganteum beneath the wisteria walk, then masses of christophii, siculum, and roseum in other parts of the garden. Art Gardens are a highlight with inspiration drawn from Rothko, Newman, Mondrian and Matisse. Unusual containers create surprises with many succulent arrangements.
