An event to make STEM fun and accessible with a range of activities.

Event outline

Bourne SciFest is a bi-annual event organised by a group of volunteers associated with schools in the area to encourage children at all levels in the curriculum to be inspired by science.

As part of the event, this year we are organising a science busking day. STEM ambassadors will run their own STEM-based exhibits and interactive experiences. Each ambassador will receive a table with which to display their activity or experiment. We expect groups of people to stop at each table for a few minutes, have a play and then move to the next table. Lets make STEM fun and accessible!

More information can be found on the Bourne SciFest website.

If you would like to be a STEM Ambassador, please sign up through the STEM Learning website.

Booking and cost

The event is free for anyone to attend, with the expected audience being children and families. No advanced booking is required, please just come along on the day.
