The Hong Kong branch Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 19th September from 17:00-19:00 HKT (GMT+8). The meeting will be held via Zoom and hosted by Chairperson Mr TSE Sik-Yan FRSB.

19:00-20:30 - Chinese Dinner
DinnerDue to the COVID-19 social distancing measurements the AGM will be conducted via Zoom as previously stated, but as the social distancing measures in Hong Kong have been relaxed recently we will be able to accommodate a maximum of 12 people at the Hong Kong University Alumni Association for a Chinese Dinner. The address is: Hong Kong University Alumni Association, 1/F Yip Fung Building, 2 D'Aguilar Street, Central, Hong Kong.
As the space is limited, if you would like to join us and the guest speaker for the Chinese Dinner, please book your place, on a strictly first-come-first-serve basis, by contacting the Chairman of the Hong Kong branch, Mr Tse Sik-Yan, on (+852) 90501952.
RegistrationThis is a free event and bookings closed on 16th September. The Zoom meeting joining details were circulated to registrants on 17th September. Members from all grades are able to attend the AGM online, but only those members at grades MRSB and FRSB are entitled to vote.
