The RSB Northern Ireland branch Annual General Meeting, followed by a lecture from the outgoing Honorary Chair.
The RSB Northern Ireland branch invites all branch members, regardless of level, and other interested parties to their 2019 AGM. The AGM is a chance for members and non-members to come together to talk to the committee and hear about updates in their activities and finances, and to plan for the year ahead.
The positions of Honorary Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer are due for renewal and are open for application by all branch members. The short application form can be downloaded here
The AGM will be followed by a lecture by Dr Dianne Lees-Murdock FRSB, Senior Lecturer in the School of Biomedical Sciences at Ulster University, and the outgoing Honorary Chair of the Northern Ireland branch. The lecture is titled 'Our genes, B-vitamins and Blood Pressure'.
Refreshments will be available from 19:00.
Cost and booking
This event is free to attend and open to all, however only RSB members will be able to vote in the AGM. This is a no bookings event, reservations are not required.
The event is fully wheelchair accessible, with no steps. Accessible toilets and hearing loop are present at the event.
