North Western branch

An outdoor workshop on collection, identification and recording of Crustacea.


This workshop, led by Dr Mark Woombs, will be an introduction to the collection, identification and recording of Crustacea, and will include demonstrations of the use of equipment. Guests will also be introduced to the use of keys, guides and apps used for identification.

Price includes use of equipment, refreshments and a buffet lunch.

Appropriate clothing is essential as this event will be held in an outdoor classroom with roof but open walls.

Cost and booking

This event is open to all. Places are limited so register in advance to avoid disappointment.
£5 - RSB members
£10 - non-members
Children (under 18s) may attend for free and must be accompanied by an adult.
