An outdoor workshop on identification of the order Hemiptera; the bugs


This workshop, led by Dr Alan Bedford, will be an introduction to the collection, identification and recording of the order Hemiptera, and will include demonstrations of the use of equipment. Guests will also be introduced to the use of keys, guides and apps used for identifying this group of bugs.

Price includes use of equipment, refreshments and a buffet lunch.

Warm clothing is essential as this event will be held in an outdoor classroom with roof but open walls.

Cost and booking

This event is open to all. Places are limited so register in advance to avoid disappointment.
£5 - RSB members
£10 - non-members
Children may attend for free and must be accompanied by an adult.
