The Annual General Meeting and Charter Lecture of the RSB

Our 2024 Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday 8th May, and will include a Charter Lecture, presentation of the Trustees' Report and Accounts.

Elections

Members from all grades are welcome to attend the AGM, but only those members at grades MRSB and above are entitled to vote. Up to two representatives from each Member Organisation of the Society can attend the AGM. Only Full Member Organisations may vote and only one representative is entitled to vote.

Members at grades MRSB and above who are unable to attend will be able to vote by proxy through mySociety. Proxy voting will be open in due course, and votes can be cast up to 48 hours before the AGM, with votes closing on Monday 6th May.

An agenda for the meeting, as well as the minutes from the 2023 Annual General Meeting, will be available to download in due course.

Registration

Advance registration is essential through the link at the top of the page. You may choose to attend the AGM in-person or virtually, please select your chosen option upon booking.

You will not be able to vote on any items occurring during the meeting if you are attending virtually, so please submit a vote by proxy (if you are at the MRSB and FRSB grade) in advance through mySociety when voting opens.

This event is approved by the Royal Society of Biology for the purposes of CPD and can be counted as 3 CPD points.
