A joint seminar from the RSB Yorkshire branch and the Royal Society of Chemistry Central Yorkshire Section.

This online seminar, hosted jointly by the RSB Yorkshire branch and RSC Central Yorkshire Section, is one of a long-running series of annual talks that focus on research at the interface of biology and chemistry.

The event, postponed from a planned live seminar last year, will consist of a talk delivered by Dr Sarah Staniland (Department of Chemistry, University of Sheffield). Dr Staniland will be describing her latest research in a talk entitled “Naturally nano: exploiting magnetic bacteria for nanotechnology and biomedicine”.

After the talk there will be an opportunity for questions and discussion.
