An annual event organised to strengthen the dialogue between the scientific community, MPs and Peers
Parliamentary Links Day
is the largest science event on the annual parliamentary events calendar. It is organised by the Royal Society of Biology on behalf of the science and engineering community to strengthen dialogue with parliament, and to provide MPs with a more rounded understanding of the scientific issues we face.
The theme for this year's event will be decided in due course. Links Day will feature contributions from many distinguished speakers from Parliament, Government and the science community.
A delegate pack will be available to download ahead of the day, which contains an event programme. Due to the variability of parliamentary business, the programme is subject to change.
Attendance at this event is by invitation only. For those who have received an invitation, you can register to attend by emailing Lucy Eckersley at firstname.lastname@example.org
Parliamentary Links Day is supported a wide range of scientific societies and organisations represented on the invitation cards. A detailed programme and digital briefing pack containing further information about the event and the speakers will be available on the day.
Photography and FilmingDuring Links Day we will have photography and filming taking place, with a selection being distributed through the RSB and event supporters communication channels. If you are happy to be in photographs or film please let us know when you email to register.
