The British Biology Olympiad (BBO) is a competition to reward the best young biologists in the country. The Royal Society of Biology supports a team of dedicated volunteers who organise the competition.
Building on the success of BBO, the Biology Challenge competition is designed to enable pupils from all types of schools to enjoy taking part and for as many as possible to be rewarded for their participation.

We support The Big Bang Fair through sponsorship of the bioscience disciplinary Crest Award. This prize is awarded to the individual that produces the best project in the biological sciences. The winner receives £500, a certificate and an experience prize.
